Experts

I've been personally dealing with a customer the last few days - a really great person. They are trying to adapt a part to their '33 ford. It's a flasher unit that they bought from somewhere else and they are trying to adapt it to a wiring kit that they bought from someone else. The people that they bought the flasher from can't seem to help. The people that they bought the wiring kit from won't help. (Nothing new here - it's a well known company that's also very well known for being completely unhelpful. Why are they still in business, people???)

So, here these nice folks are calling us. We haven't got it licked, yet. But we will. It's called customer service. Ron had another customer call yesterday and ask questions about some other companies remote control running someone else's actuators. When Ron ask the guy why he had called us, he says, "You're the wiring experts!" And of course we helped him out.

It's really impossible to put stuff like this into ads because so many companies say it and it isn't true. Consumers become numb to the sales pitch. So, please, ask around. Who have your friends had good luck with, or bad luck - products, answers, support, etc. Listen to their experience. And also, please give us a try if you need parts or just some help. We're sure that you will find out, like these folks that I just mentioned, that we are here to help as best we can. Like I stated at the top of this blog, "We get it done better when we get it done together."
